Printed directories are no longer issued in order to save money and protect privacy. Any previously issued directories of membership information are not to be reproduced without the express permission of the National Business Office. Each member is responsible for the safe disposal of old directories in order to protect the membership from unauthorized use.

Use of the contents of any such listings for mailings shall be by the express consent of the Board of Directors only. Under no circumstances is any directory to be sold, traded, or provided to a non-TCA member. Any unauthorized use may result in loss of membership.
