 The Train Collectors Association functions with a Board of Directors and other officers and employees. It is governed by its Articles of Incorporation and two major documents -- a set of Bylaws and a Board Policy Book. The Bylaws are the rules for the government of its members and the regulation of its affairs. The Board Policy Book lists procedures for implementing these rules.
